Essay

The subject of the research is processes for securing competitiveness of enterprise operation and development in the context of dynamic international space. The aim of the research is to ground theoretical, economic and applied aspects for creation an organizational and economic tool for securing competitiveness of national manufacturers; and to develop recommendations as for its application and introduction. While solving the tasks set, were used methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, a method of classification, methods of cluster study, a method of formalization, methods of modeling and forecasting. Is researched development of competitiveness and is proposed the use of cluster approach for problem solving in national enterprises' competitiveness. Are identified structure and process peculiarities of organizational and economic tool creation and introduction for securing regional enterprises' competitiveness. Is grounded expediency of a cluster model use for securing competitivenessof dairy industry enterprises in the context of regional peculiarities. Is proposed a simulated assessment of innovative and investment enterprise activity effect in a cluster net. Methods and recommendations developed are introduced in actual operation of manufacturers, state administrative bodies and are used in teaching courses in Economy of Enterprises. The results of the dissertation research can be used by economic departments in dairy industry enterprises of different forms of ownership, that produce food products, state administrative bodies and academic institutions.
