Shukin L. Banking crediting of agricultural enterprises and its effectiveness

Object of research: bank crediting of the agricultural enterprises. The purpose of research: development of theoretical-methodological bases and a substantiation of practical offers on improvement of bank crediting agricultural commodity producers. Methods: an induction and deduction, the analysis and synthesis, analogy, comparison, modelling, statistical supervision, abstraction, generalization, interpretation, grouping, a graphic representation. Theoretical and practical results: Use of forward crediting is offered. Offers on creation of three-level cooperative bank system, industrially-financial groups and guarantee establishments for crediting agricultural commodity producers, and also on realization by Agrarian fund of guarantee operations with credits for agricultural commodity producers are submitted. Scientific novelty: the list of subjects of crediting which has been added by the guarantee and insurance companies and also state is specified, the list of parameters of efficiency of the credit is specified; tendencies and laws of influence of crediting for industrial-financial results of activity of the agricultural enterprises are revealed. Degree of introduction: development are accepted to introduction by Central administrative board concerning economic policy of Administration of the President of Ukraine, used by development of some bills, in practice of crediting of the agricultural enterprises by the Kiev branch of joint-stock company " Ukrainian innovative bank ". Efficiency: introduction of offers will allow to improve bank crediting with simultaneous reduction of tax rates, to provide with an additional guarantee at realization by banks of crediting of subjects of managing.
