the object -restricted defects of dentitions of different localization and length; the novelty - raise of effectiveness of orthopedic treatment restricted defects of a dentition demountable removable by prostheses with stationary values by fixed devices of bracing, which fast with using of an adhesive process engineering; the methods -experimental, mathematical, clinical, special, statistical; the new isengineering, mathematical substantiation, experimental and clinical examinations of the offered construction demountable removable of a prosthesis with fixed devices of bracing; the degree of function violations is assessed depending on an amount of teeth, the parameters of renewing of function after a prosthetic repair are obtained, the clinical and laboratory fabrication stages of prostheses with an inspected load of basic teeth and subject mucosa of an alveolar process are completed, the observations and contraindications to use of the offered construction are formulated; the outcomes -agrees with the conducted examinations is established(installed), that demountable prostheses with fixed devices of bracing is exhibited in case of reluctance preparition basic teeth, in case of a possible(probable) inadequate load parodonthis abutment of teeth, and as a temporal construction during preparation to next of an implantation; it is necessary to do(make) square of the foundation patricae maximum major.
