The dissertation is devoted to the optimization of out-patients surgical sanation of patients, who were influenced by irradiation, considering features of regeneration disturbances. It was detected, that oxidant-antioxidant disturbances are found out in mouth cavity mucous membrane long time after irradiation independently of radiation doses and modes. It was shown, that particular feature of small doses irradiation influence is strong decrease of antioxidant defense. Disturbance in oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis system at irradiated patients is not corrected by standard treatment methods. The main sign of morphological disturbances of mouth cavity mucous membrane is dystrophic character of changes, which are joined with depressing of local immune reactions. Detected multifactor reparation disturbances became the basis for using the medicine of polytropic action "Thiotriazoline Unguent 2 %" at irradiated out-patients patients after surgical operation for stimulation of regenerative processes. Clinical efficacy of the unguent is confirmed by the normalization of biochemistry injury markers - lipid peroxidation products and increase of antiradical defense activity.
