Essay

The object - relaxation processes in ferromagnetics of high symmetry. The oxidation process of irradiated nuclear fuel (INF) in air. The aim - to negotiate the physical contradictions that occurs for relaxation processes in magnetics with degenerate basic states, to obtain the parameters of the "Shelter" object's INF oxidation process. The problem of relaxation processes description in magnetics with degenerate basic states is solved. The parameters of the INF oxidation process are obtained.
