Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of free calcium concentration in cytosol and mitochondrion and pH cytosol at early stages of action of different hydrogen peroxide concentration in a range from 10 up to 100 mM. It is shown, that at growth of temperature from 12° С up to 32°С the effect of action Н2О2 and speed of accumulation of ions Са2 + in cytosol increases at 12 times. Differences are established in action of small concentration peroxide hydrogen 10 mkM and 100 mkM on change [Ca2 +] in suspension of rats tymocytes. It is established, that Н2О2 causes accumulation of ions Са2 + in mitochondrion tymocytes and increase the concentration of calcium in mitochondrion tymocytes at action of different Н2О2 concentration has doze dependence. It is shown, that endoplasmic reticulum plays an in-significant role in endocellular liberation of Са2+ ions at action of Н2О2. It is shown, that adding to cells digitonin (5 mkM) increasing of the intensity of fluorescence a rhod-2 that testifies fast accumulation of ions Са2 + in mitochondrion. Protonophor the CCCP (2 mkM) leads to fast reduction of concentration of Са2 + ions in mitochondrion.
