Object – collapsible loessial bases of industrial building sites; buildings and constructions that are erected on loessial collapsible soils and exposed the influence of collapsible deformation; aim - determination characters and peculiarity development of collapsible deformation of buildings and constructions and the change of physical and mechanical properties of loessial soil bases by the influence of liquid waste products of chemical enterprises; methods – experimental and natural; novelty – discovered that quantitative increase of relative collapsibility loessial soils was fixed that when samples of soils interact with chemical solutions; results – improved methods of laboratory tests of loessial soils; elaborated methods of calculation bases of foundations on loessial collapsible soils by introducing of a correction coefficientes; comparative regional tables of the changes of properties of loessial soils by time are given; results are adopted into buildings and reconstruction of building.
