Modarres A. Surgical treatment and osteoplasty with fractures of zygomatic complex-manuscript

The object - patients with fractures of zygomatik complekx by the way of restoration of counterforts of the middle zone of face; the aims to increase of efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with fractures of zygomatik complekx by the way of restoration of counterforts of the middle zone of face with the use of osteoplasty methods with the local osseous and osteogenous material; the methods - clinical, laboratory, roentgenologic, immunological, the clones of osteogennih cells-predecessors, tsitohimicheskie, statistical; the new is studied the action of ceramic hydroxiapatite on osteogenous precursor cells of human bone marrow from bone fragments with fractures of zygomatic complex and showed its negative influence on the growth and differentiation of bone cells as well as the state and dynamics of microbial background of stomatic, nasal cavities, maxillary sinus with the indicated diagnosis depending on the trauma remoteness; the outcomes - the obtained findings of patients examination withfractures of zygomatic omplex permit to plan efficiently the operative treatment the promote reduction of time and stages of treatment, amelioration of functional and cosmetic results.
