Shtangret M. Philosophycal problems of legal education of the youth (on example of the educational institutions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine)

The actual philosophycal-legal scientific problem of the legal education of the youth, including cadets of the educational institutions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, is solved in the dissertation. A succession of important scientific and practical results, which contains solution of a scientific problem of the improvement of legal education of the youth on the modern stage of development of our society is received. Philosophycal-legal motivation of the person’s upbringing in the modern stage of development of our society is fulfilled through the thorough theoretical comprehension and integration of the results of the scientific research and in consequence of that the effective methods of solving the problem of legal education of the youth are elaborated.Interdisciplinary philosophycal-legal cognition of legal consciousness is broadened and deepened.
