Troyan V. Dry mixes and mortars on their basis for the device of floors of industrial buildings

The object is dry building mixes for the floors of industrial buildings;the purpose is upgrading the efficiency of building solutions for industrial floors due to improvement and maintenance of stability of the basic parameters of quality by complex modification of Portland cement matrix as well as by regulation of mesostructure;the methods are physical and chemical, methods of mathematical statistics and planning of experiment ;the novelty consists in the influence of perfection of kaolin’s crystal lattice on pozzolan activity of the products that obtained after thermoactivation;the regularities of ettringite formation in modelling system "Са(OH)2-Al2O3•2SiO2-Na2SO4(СаSO4)" were investigated and the positive influence of metakaolin as well as sodium sulfate on intensity of ettringite formation in the form of fine crystals was established;it was established the compatibility of naphthalene formaldehyde superplasticizer with starch ether and its incompatibility witn cellulose ether can be traced by abnormal reduction in the workability of building mixes.
