Essay

The present thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the legal regulation of those relations which arise from the conclusion of a commercial contract, contract’s execution, provision and violation. Basic notions and characteristics of the commercial contracts are circled out and classified in the work; a thorough theoretical analysis of the commercial contract’s conclusion and execution is made; the ways of the commercial contract’s execution are estimated and the legal responsibilities arising from the contract’s violation are defined.
