Essay

The Thesis is aimed to studying of clinical, hormonal and metabolic peculiarities of current neiroendocrine obesity, to a substantiation of diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms of the given pathology at women reproductive and per menopausal age. As a result of complex research clinical variants of current neiroendocrine obesity are allocated and with the help of a method of the discriminantal analysis the expediency of their division is proved. For the first time the interrelation between obesity, hyperinsulinemia, insulinresistance, dislipoproteidemia, changes of cortisol production , excretion 17-КS and prolactinemia is analyzed. It is revealed, that at hyperprolactinemia and "normally high" parameters of prolactin approximately identical degree of expressiveness of metabolic infringements. Application in complex therapy of women with neiroendocrine obesity and "normally high" level of prolactine preparations of group biguanide for correction of metabolic infringements and optimization of parameters prolactinemia is proved and their efficiency is proved
