Dissertation is a complex research of the problems of investigation of document forgery and using of forged documents in the field of entrepreneurship. Criminalistics classification of documents which become objects of forgery and criminal use in the field of entrepreneurship is given. Definition of the forgery modus operandi and modus operandi of using of forged document is suggested. Modern methods of document forgery and using of forged documents are considered, their fitures are described and classification is developed.
