The dissertation deals with administrative-legal mechanism of the realization of emergency state regime. The historical-legal analyses of creation of the institute of emergency state in Ukraine is carried out, the essence and the legal point is searched, the international-legal aspects of the emergency state regime are studied. The conditions, procedures of conducting and abolishing of emergency state regime is studied.
