Object of research: process institutional transformations of pension system of Ukraine to a context of transformation of economic. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical positions and scientific - practical recommendations on realization institutional transformations of system of a provision of pensions of Ukraine in view of worldexperience and definition of perspective directions of itsreforming in conditions of transformation of economic. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the complex analysis, comparison and the system approach, a method of synthesis, methods of the statistical and mathematical analysis. Theoretical results: consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning conditions and mechanisms of reforming of system of a provision of pensions and development of scientific - practical recommendations on perfection institutional maintenance of transformation of pension system of Ukraine in view of world experience. Practical results: consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations concerning organizational - economic maintenance institutional transformations of pension system of the state in view of world experience. Scientific novelty: for the first time: for the first time: parameters of influence of institutes of not state provision of pensions are determined; have received the further development: definition of economic preconditions of successful reforming pension systems of Ukraine; identification of consequences of pension reform in Ukraine; it is advanced: theoretical-metodological bases of transformation of systems of a provision of pensions; theoretical bases of research of processes of reforming of social and economic systems. A degree of introduction: recommendations and the offers stated in the dissertation, are used in activity of Central Administrative Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Dnepropetrovsk region; Open Society SK "Oranta Sich"; in educational process of the Zaporozhye Institute of Economy and Information Technologies.
