Stepanov O. Pertinence and an admissibility of evidence in criminal procedure of Ukraine

The dissertation is research in which at a monographic level actual legal, theoretical and practical problems of proof procedure categorized and allowable proofs are investigated The author is trying to proove the new conclusions and statements as well as the specificated and supplemented ones, concerning the evidence estimation, kinds and mechanism of legal assistance, specific features when investigating the evidentiary information obtained abroad and its use as evidence. There is a theoratical and practical research of problems and examples in regard to getting the evidentiary information abroad, acknowleging the proof inadmissibility, engaging the obtained evidence into the averment process in criminal case etc. The author gives his suggestions and recommendations concerning law enforcement improvement, inroduces his proposals to the legislator regarding the development of procedural criminal law, which regulates international affairs of Ukraine in the field of criminal justice and probative law.
