Andriyuk V. Theoretically-methodological basis of the juridical forecasting

The thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of the Candidate of Legal Sciences is devoted to the complex research of the theoretically-methodological basis of the juridical forecasting. It is showed the main problems of the juridical prognostics develop and the juridical forecasting place in the system of the social forecasting. The author analyses the concept, signs and structure of the juridical forecasting. The author looks for the criterion to the classification of the juridical forecasts, gives characterize to the main kinds of the juridical forecasts, depending on its aim and the time measure interval. In the work is given the analyses of the most important principles of the juridical forecasting and methods of the expert forecasting, forecasting extrapolation and modeling. A number of suggestions as to methodology improvement of the juridical forecasting.
