Essay

Investigation results for initial stages of viruses and polynucleotic inducers interactions with cells are summarized in the thesis. It have been shown for the first time that immobilized polyribonucleotides yielded higher titers of interferons type I. Outer cell membrane structural and functional changes were discovered in presence of viruses and polyribonucleiotides. It was supposed that a cell membrane reaction to influence of these inducers was responsible for the beginning of interferons type I synthesis.
