Essay

In dissertation work the results of theoretical and experimental researches, which are devoted to directed structure to formation of cement stone in a concrete which is modified by complex chemical admixtures, are resulted. It allowed to ground possibility of receipt of dense structure of concrete, to account for the mechanism of their influence on durability and other properties of concrete. In work the question of intercommunication of properties of concrete is considered with descriptions of porosity structure of cement to the stone. The method of determination of thermodynamics is developed and termokinetic parameters (coefficients of efficiency) of influencing of components of complex chemical additions on the microstructure of cement to the stone. Research on determination of heat evolution during hydration of cement and forming of microstructure of cement stone in presence accelerating of hardening, superplastifiers and complex chemical admixtures is conducted. The method of estimation of efficiency of action of separate matters is developed, and also chemical admixtures with the complex of the set matters. The changes at the level of microstructure of products of hydration of cement stone due to the phenomenon of adsorption modification are instrumental in forming of dense microstructure of cement to the stone in a concrete, as a result properties of concrete get better (durability, water the impenetrability, frost-resistance and dr.) The presented recommendations in relation to composition of components of complex chemical admixtures depending on the designed influencing on property of cement to the stone.
