Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to estimation of chrono-rhythmological aspects of clinics of osteoarthrosis and arterial hypertension based on the diurnal and seasonal fluctuations analysis of the biochemical values. Osteo-arthrosis is characterized by time-related disorgani-zation of pro-, antioxidant parameters, proteolysis, fibri-nolysis, blood contain of connective tissue metabolites. Profile features of catalase activity, malonic aldehyde, serum collagenolysis may be employed for differenti-ation of primary and secondary osteoarthrosis. Melato-nin in therapeutic complex shows antioxidant, chrono-biotic properties, prevents side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs towards arterial pressure levels
