Essay

The research was dedicated to improve diagnostic and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), availability of the water-soluble vitamins and state of intestinal microflora in patients with different variants of IBS. Detailed study was performed on the clinical picture and course of IBS. The state of microflora of large intestine, the treatment's efficiency of these patients with variaus regimes of therapeutic treatments were studied. Dofict of water-soluble vitamins (B1, B2, B6, PP, C)was estimated by checking their presence in blood and daily excreted urine, and in some patients, this lack was manifested clinically (34.3%).
