Chebercko A. The Sanitary ceramic wares on the basis of Pologsky rawmaterials

The dissertation is devoted the working out of masses compositions for ceramic sanitary wares with using the raw materials of Pologsky region. The correlation of structure order degree kaolinite of different kaolines with properties of their water suspensions was established. It is proved the possibility of using the local granite of Shevchenkovski deposit as a fluxing. The proposed composition of complex liquefier got a chance to increase the efficiency of stand casting large-size ceramic wares. The duty of firing large-size ceramic wares in the electric tunnel furnace is founded. The enhanced composition of non-frit raw zircon glaze has allowed after firing at 1200oC to obtain the qualitative glass-coat with a high indexes of whiteness and blaze. The introduction of masses compositions and glazes in production enabled only for 2001-2006 years to get the real economic effect more than 1 million UAH.
