The thesis presents itself a clinical investigation devoted to the increasing of efficiency of the early treatment of children with dentomaxilla anomalies by means of the study of changes which take place in the oral cavity at the treatment with different constructions of orthodontic apparatuses. It was proved that myo-functional preorthodontic trainer influences on the condition of the oral cavity in less degree than removable plate orthodontic apparatuses with functional elements, that is confirmed by the indexes of hygiene condition, paradontium tissues; thermometric indexes obtained in defferent areas of mucous membrane of the upper jaw; as well by separate indexes of homeostasis and non-specific resistency. Of the basis of biometria of diagnostic models of the jaw there were supplemented and veryfyed indexes for application of myofunctional preortodontic trainer with allow to recommend it as a medico-prophylactic apparatus at the early treatment of slightly expressed dentomaxilla anomalies of theI and II classes according to E.Аngle, wich are stipulated by the functional violation.
