Vashchuk B. The subject of proving in civil suit of criminal process.

The author has carried out a comprehensive analysis of the subject of proving in a civil suit of criminal process. She substantiates the necessity to single out the subject of proving in the civil suit as a theoretical construction and to fix its structure in a separate Criminal Procedural Code norm. The author has formulated the structure (essence) of the subject of proving in the civil suit based on the doctrinal provisions, norms of criminal procedural and civil law, comprehensively analysed its elements and the ways of compensating for damages. Having analysed the criminal procedural law concerning the civil suit proceedings, the author identified some of its disadvantages and suggested the implementation of amendments into the current Criminal Procedural Code and a new draft code.
