Zalyalova I. The criminal responsibility for intervention in activity of the worker of law enforcement organs.

The dissertation is the first complex monographic research of problems of the criminal responsibility for intervention in activity of the worker of law enforcement body. Objective and subjective attributes of this crime, including qualifying are in details considered. The parity of intervention in activity of the worker of law enforcement body with other crimes is certain. On the basis of carried out research offers on improvement of those positions of a law in force which provide the responsibility for intervention in activity of the worker of law enforcement body are formulated. New edition of clause of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the providing responsibility for intervention in activity of the worker of law enforcement body is offered.
