Kashkarov O. The criminal-legal characteristic of crimes in sphere of release and reference of security.

The dissertation is devoted to criminal-legal characteristic of the offences in the sphere of security issue and circulation. Main focus of the work is determination of objective and subjective characteristics of the offences, envisaged in Articles 199, 223, 224, and 2321 of Penal Code of Ukraine. The dissertation also includes comparative-legal analysis of penal legislature of several countries regulating criminal-legal protection of security issue and circulation, historical-legal research of criminal liability for the offences in the sphere of security issue and circulation, and definition of principles and grounds for criminalization of the mentioned offences. The work formulates perfection proposals for Articles 199, 223, 224, and 2321 of Penal Code of Ukraine.
