The thesis is devoted to the problem of searching the ways of pharmacological correction of NO-dependent and oxygendependent processes in neutrophils, endotheliосytes and blood serum due to experimental chronic hyperimmunocomplex syndrom (CHIS). Due to CHIS considerable disorders in the synthesis of nitric oxide were determined to be the cause of functional disorders of neutrophils and endotheliocytes. The change in nitric oxide content due to CHIS were induced by the activity inhibition of constitutive NO-synthase and activaton inducible NO-synthase, intensity of formation of active oxygen forms and the levels of cyclic nucleotides. The obtained data confirmed the development of oxidative and nitrozative stress that causes the activation free radical processes and accumulation of a considerable number of active oxygen forms, which initiate transformation of NO protective effects into cytotoxic ones due to CHIS. Administration of corvitin reveals intensive corrective action in NO system and functional activity neutrophils and endotheliocytes of rats with CHIS in case in vitro and in vivo. Normalizing effect of corvitin on the nitric oxide system especially was revealed in its selective action on the iNOS activity. The results of electronic-microscopic studies showed that corvitin revealed protective properties on neutrophils and endotheliocytes.
