Yurchyshyn V. Expert's conclusion as a source of evidence in the criminal process of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the research of actual theoretical and practical problems in the criminal process of Ukraine. The law nature of forensic evidences is researched. It's grounded that belong ness, admissibleness, trustworthiness, sufficiency are their inalienable features. It is also grounded that expert's conclusion is the main form to use special knowledge in criminal process of Ukraine. It's proved that authentically determined circumstances which were used to make possible conclusion can serve as indirect evidence. The essence, substance and structure of expert's conclusion are all researched as the source in criminal process of Ukraine. It's grounded that it's needless to distinguish two sides of evaluation of the expert's conclusion which are connected to each other - logically processed and special evaluation of expert's conclusion.
