In this dissertation there is a scientific solution of clinical pulmonology,which means the raise of effect of treatment of acute pneumonia.The strein of indemnification mechanisms,development of progressing of hypoxia and toxinemia play main role in pathogenetic mechanisms of development of acute pneumonia complicated forms.That is why differentiated wais of detoxication therapy by thiotriazolin and coenzyme compositum were offered.
