Novelty - for the fist time we worked out and established in the clinic of the surgical stomatology the complex method of using the individual operative accesses, sorbent , anticytokine preparatus pentoxyphiiiini. Results: we have reserch the complex operative method of treatment that allows You to reduce the number of the complications and the terms of treatment in general. It is introduced in the educational processes and practical medicine.
