Essay

The main principles of the dissertation contain data concerning early signs of renal function damage in adolescents with primary arterial hypertension on the basis of clinical, biochemical and radioimmune methods and the development of suggestions about the prophylactics and therapy of this pathology. It has been shown the main role of the definition of glomerular endothelium function (microalbuminuria) and tubular (b2 microglobulin) renal apparatus, their connection with general and regional (renal) haemodynamics, and with nitrogenium extractive renal function in early stages of formation of primary arterial hypertension. Microalbuminuria has been established in 36,2 % of adolescents with primary arterial hypertension. Its level and frequency grew with the term of the disease. The data of system analysis have revealed significant differences in system genesis and the conditions of renal epithelium functioning, renal blood circulation, general haemodynamics and their neurohumoral providing. It has beenproved that the renine-angiotensin-aldosterone system activation favors the disfunction of glomerular endothelium, tubular endothelium and systemic haemodynamics. It has been motivated the use of antihipertension preparations of APF inhibitors group in the complex of rehabilitation measures for adolescents with arterial hypertension in order to prevent renal vascular endothelium disfunction and nephrosclerosis formation.
