Тhesis is devoted to the analysis and solving organizational and legal problems of the work with personnel in the bodies of procuracy of Ukraine. The essence and contents of work with personnel in the bodies of procuracy are elucidated in this work; historical and legal analysis of the work with personnel in the bodies of procuracy is conducted; peculiarities of normative and legal regulation of the work with personnel in the bodies of procuracy of Ukraine are researched; legal status of personnel divisions of the bodies of procuracy of Ukraine is characterized; existing state of social and legal guaranteeing of procuracy personnel is researched. Propositions and recommendations as for improving organizational and legal grounds of the work with personnel in the bodies of procuracy of Ukraine are formulated.
