The dissertation is devoted research of problem of motivational-volitional readiness to schooling of six-year's children with the general excalation of speech, to the and determination of terms and method of its special forming. Psychological contents of motivational and volitional components of personality is in-process described; the structural components of motivational-volitional readiness are selected to teaching at school, stages of development of motivational-volitional components of personality in ontogenesis. The levels of formed of motivational-volitional readiness are certain to teaching at school of six-year's children with the general excalation of speech, features, character and reasons of its insufficient formed, are exposed.
