Essay

Based on patients' examination with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and HBsAg-positive liver cyrosis (LC) (130), it was stated that on HBeAg-negative HBV DNA-positive variant of infectious process lot falls 33,3% of CHB and 55,2% of LC (p<0,02). Marked influence of acquired immunosuppression on HBeAg-negativity development was not established.During studies of antiviral therapy influence on HBeAg-negativity formation - direct connection was determined between activity of preparation and its mutagenic effect.Clinical course of CHB in HBeAg-negative HBV DNA-positive patients differs by disposition to spontaneous normalization of ALT level, lower activity of inflammatory-necrotic processes in liver with preservation of fibrosis development rates and more frequent cryoglobulinemia initiation.Studies of HBeAg-negative HBV DNA-positive CHB's immunopathogenesis features revealed, that inversion of HBeAg is accompanied by decrease of immunocytes' sensitization to HBeAg and HBcAg.New method of sensitization determination to HBeAg and HBcAg according to ?-INF and TNF-? synthesis intensity in culture of peripheral blood leukocyte was processed.
