Subject of research - the distributed spatially computer network of organization (DSCN). Goal of research - the increase of efficiency of the decision of tasks of management on the basis of creation of models of development and reengineering the distributed spatially of computer network of organization, which carry out a rational choice of network hardware of modernization at occurrence of new tasks of management. At realization of researches the methods of the system analysis, mathematical modelling, discrete programming, a lot of criterions of a rating and optimisation were used. Scientific results are: 1) the general model of development and reengineering; 2) the private models of development depending on the chosen strategy; 3) model of an estimation and analysis of an existing computer network of organization in view of development; 4) general and private models reengineering of a computer network. The developed models allow for the first time to consider of the complex a problem acceptance of thedecisions on development and reengineering DSCN of organization. Degree of application - industrial. The offered models and information technology allow increase efficiency and to reduce time of acceptance of the decisions, and also to increase quality and to lower expenses for development and reengineering DSCN, and to supply reduction of a part of manual operations during acceptance of the decisions and use of paperless technology.
