Essay

The dissertation is devoted complex and to comprehensive investigation of the right of use by citizens by the ground areas for cultivation of vegetables. In work process of becoming and development of the legislation in sphere of use of such sites is considered. Questions concerning legal concept, the maintenance and essence of cultivation of vegetables, revealing of features and specificity of legal regulation of use of the grounds citizens for truck farming are considered. The right of use of the grounds is proved, that, intended for cultivation of vegetables is subinstitute of rent using the grounds of agricultural purpose. In work theoretical positions are induced, practical recommendations which are directed on improvement of rent using by the grounds of agricultural purpose are developed.
