Essay

The method for the optimization of sensitivity of single-crystal sensors for service life exhausting estimation has been substantiated. A set of orientation parameters that must be used while estimating influence of crystallographic orientation on single-crystal and crystallite fatigue are determined. Regularities of microhardness oscillations forming of crystallites with different orientation under cyclic loading are revealed. Quantitative indexes of crystallographic orientation influence on fatigue stages are obtained, so the recommendation on sensitivity control for the single-crystal sensor of aviation structure units service life exhausting have been created.
