Object of research: development of a worldfinancial system in conditions of economic globalization. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations by definition of influence of globalization of a financial system on national economy in view of a level of economic development. Methods of research: a dialectic method, methods of theoretical generalization, the analysis, synthesis, methods of a grouping and classification, a method of the statistical analysis, an index method, a method of the system analysis, methods of the mathematical analysis. Theoretical results: consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning conditions and mechanisms of integration of national economies in the worldfinancial market and development of scientific - practical recommendations on perfection of regulation of the international movement of the capital in conditions of globalization. Practical results: theoretical positions and the offers stated in work, are finished with a level of concrete recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of optimization of regulation of the international movement of the capital is developed; significant influence of a level of internal savings on volumes of export of investments of the state is established; definition of concept "the international economic integration", definition of concept "globalization" is advanced; "the financial environment" and "financial system" have received the further development of definition of concepts; definition of influence of processes of financial globalization on structure of economic globalization. A degree of introduction: results of research are used by Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Lvov Regional State Administration, the Mariupol City Council, in the city of Mariupol Donetsk commercial and industrial chamber, in educational process of the Mariupol State Humanitarian University.
