There were revealed 10 types of gall-bladder’s Oddi's sphincter in healthy children at primary school age.For the first time there was determined,that presence of hypertonic-hypokinetic and normotonic-hypokinetic types are the symptoms of the dysadaptation syndrome and related to acute dysbalance of vegetative nervous system in children at primary school age.There was elaborated and implemented in practice a procedure of prophylactic and sanitary measures for normalization of the level of adaptation and state of health,which takes into account individual peculiarities of the vegetative nervous and hepatobiliary systems and favors both the normalization of vegetative homeostasis indices and the improvement of biliary function.
