Kulchytska O. Subjects of social security law of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the notion of subjects of social security law of Ukraine as well as their legal features. The notion and content of legal status, legal active and passive capacities are characterized as legal features of subjects of social security law. Special attention is given to the classification of subjects of social security law depending on their rights and duties' content in the sphere of social security. Considering this classification the legal status of subjects of right to social security is thoroughly examined. These subjects include individuals and family. The features of their general and special legal status are determined. Legal features of the subjects ensuring the realization of right to social security are examined. The classification of these subjects is suggested. The peculiarities of legal status of state bodies and institutions, as well as social insurance funds are characterized.
