Kurbet T. Ecological peculiarities o accumulation of caesium-137 by edible macromycetes of forests of Polissya of Ukraine.

The main factors influencing on the process of 137Cs by the main species of edible mushrooms of Ukrainian Polissya were studied. Regularities of radionuclide distribution in forest soils have been researched depending on forest habitats. Significant differences of radiocaesium accumulation by fruit bodies of edible mushrooms of different species have been found. Dependence between 137Cs concentration in mushroom fruit bodies and in the soil has been proved. Limits of indexes of radiation state which allow to collect of fruit bodies of the most widespread species of edible mushrooms have been calculated with taking into account differences of accumulation of radionuclide in various forest habitats. The main methods of culinary processing of edible mushrooms which led to decreasing of 137Cs content in fruit bodies have been shown. The main results of research incarnated into practice of forestry in Recommendation on use of non-wood forest production in condition of radiocontamination.
