Ostrrovska O. Videoendosсopic surgical interventions at operated patients with changed architectonics of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses folloroing.

The dissertation is aimed at increasing of treatment efficiency of patients with chronic polypous ethmoiditis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and deformation of nasal septum. For this purpose 217 before operated patients were examined and treated, from which 97 patients had chronic polypous ethmoiditis, 60 - hypertrophic rhinitis and other - deformation of nasal septum. With the help of endoscopy we have researched architectonics, vessels and condition of mucous tunic of nasal cavity before and after surgical treatment. Respiratory, olfactory and transport functions of nasal cavity were examined before and after surgical treatment. The poly-surgical video-endoscopic sparing operations on nasal cavity were proposed at the treatment of before operated patients with chronic polypous ethmoiditis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and deformation of nasal septum. The local treatment with application of 1% suspension of Siliks at the patients with chronic polypous ethmoiditis and chronic hypertrophic rhinitis hasbeen developed. Selective vasotomy of varicose vessels in spheno-ethmoidal recess area in the early period after operation was proposed.
