The object of research is bent reinforced elements; the purpose is modification of calculation methods for strength and crack resistance of inclined sections of reinforced concrete beams on the basis of expert; mental and theoretical data; the applied techniques - experimental investigation methods , methods of construction mechanics, mathematic statistics and the theory of probability; novelty - on the basis of the author's analysis of experimental data and those of other researchers the impact of longitudinal reinforcement on the crack resistance of the inclined reinforced concrete bent elements has been determined, for the first time the formula has been found vehicle presents analytical description of this impact; the technique for designing the effort for appearing bent cracks in reinforced bent elements has been perfected; the technique for the opening width of the inclined cracks in reinforced bent elements has been defined move exactly; the technique for determining the inclined sections strength in reinforced concrete bent elements has been proposed on the basis of disco and linking system; the results of this research have been put into design practice of the Poltava state design institute of town building "Gorstroiproekt"; the field of construction
