Stryzhevs'ka A. Aggregate of Crimes under Criminal Law of Ukraine

The thesis is the first in Ukraine complex research of the problems of aggregate of Crimes as a specific form of their (crimes) multiplicity considering Ukrainian and foreign experience. The work gives the analysis of the concept "multiplicity of crimes" based on which its meaning is formed and the specific criminal-law contents of aggregate of Crimes under Ukrainian CC 2001 is exposed, the basic types of aggregate of Crimes are determined and their criminal-law characteristics are given; on procedural and law-enforcement level, the effect of aggregate of Crimes on the criminal-law qualification is analyzed and the peculiarities of sentence for aggregate of Crimes are defined.Based on the study, the proposals regarding the improvement of Ukrainian criminal law are introduced and the specific recommendations regarding the improvement of law-enforcement practice are formulated.
