The dissertation is devoted to the matters of increasing the effectiveness of treatment the patients with HP-associated duodenal peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux diseases. In this thesis the frequency of duodenal peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux diseases passing is learned. The features of clinical presentation, dynamics of antigelicobacterial antibodies IgA, IgM, IgG and basal gastrin-17 in patients with duodenal peptic ulcer according to endoscope presentation of gullet and auto antibodies to complex tissue antigen of gullet is examined. The main pathogenetic links of gastroesophageal reflux and its transformations in gastroesophageal reflux diseases is determined. The main serious changes of this disease and the importance of changes of upper parts of gastrointestinal tract antigen- induced reactivity is understood. From this results the new treatment of patients with duodenal peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux diseases is suggested, which helps to optimize the time of treatment such a treatment and increase its effectiveness.
