Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of microbiological violations in a mouth of the patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of the salivary glands. The adhesive and virulent properties of long-term persistent microorganisms and the influence of ozone on these properties are studied. The sensitivity of the strains of conditional-pathogenic microorganisms to antibiotics and "Lisobakt" is investigated. It is revealed that the aerobic Gram-positive microflora is the most sensitive to the ftorchinolon preparations. The use of "Lisobakt" iduced the eradication of the conditional-pathogenic microorganisms. The thesis contains data about parameters of the nonspecific of antiinfectious defense, cellular and hymoral factors of immunity. The prognostic characters of the chronic inflammatory disease of the salivary glands are determined.
