Ostapenko V. Microbiological substantiation of the principle for creating complex antimicrobial medications with preventive properties in antibiotics resistance formation

In the dissertation at an experimental - theoretical level microbiologically the expediency of the directed creation and clinical use of complex antiseptic preparations with initially set ability to warn formation of multiresistency to antibiotics and eliminate R-plasmid from resistance strain is proved. Among markers are used rivanol, chlorofillipt and ektericide. On models initially sensitive strains with antiselective properties of these preparations are confirmed and their ability to restore at antibiotic-resistant strains of initial levels of sensitivity is confirmed. Parameters of synergistic compatibilities between chlorophylliptum, rivanolum and ectericidum in complex antimicrobic effect on the basis of that technology of creation complex antiseptic pharmacosome and ointments are developed are determined. Chemotherapeutically treatment-and-prophylactic efficiency antiseptic pharmacosome is confirmed at staphylococcal septicopyemia and burn disease of laboratory animals. Simultaneously, in comparison with levomycole, advantages of the developed ointment are determined at the located purulently - necrotic infection of white mice.
