Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigation microbiological and experimental basis make use of new antiseptic preparations with decametoxine and gentamicine, "Ophtadec", "Aurisan", "Cidelone". Influence of acidity and microbial pressure on the antimicrobial activity of antiseptics medicines has been carried out. Make inquiries the investigation results of resistance formation speed for clinical isolates of staphylococci and E.coli to antiseptics medicines, have been demonstrated. Antiseptic preparations influence onto the adhesive properties of staphylococci has been studied experimentally. In animals antimicrobial medicine influence onto the structure of the eye, heart, liver, kidney tissue has been studied. Obtained results of investigation indicating to good wide use of new antiseptic medicines for prophylaxis and therapy of suppurative lesions caused.
