Trofimova P. Perfection of methods of laboratory diagnostics of the tuberculosis on the basis of modern views about biology of its agent

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of the developing of new accelerated methods for indication and identification of the M. tuberculosis and to exploration of spreading and biological properties of M. tuberculosis strains, which are resistant to drugs against tuberculosis. Increasing of frequency of detecting multidrug-resistant strains of M. tuberculosis in Kiev and some regions of Ukraine was revealed. The biological properties of those strains of M. tuberculosis were studied. The modified method of proportions for realization of test to drug resistance in M. tuberculosis was introduced in medical practice as more accurate and economically convenient compare to the analogue methods, which are widely used in Ukraine now. The new accelerated methods of indication and identification of M tuberculosis were created on the base of results of cultural investigations with using new agar-medium to growth stimulation and PCR-analysis.
