the object - 9-17 years old children, bone tissue of lower jaw of notmaturity rats; the aims - to efficiency increasing treatment of destructive forms of periodontitis in children; the methods - experimental, clinical, rentgenological, statistical; the new - the it is ascertained, that material «Osteoapatit ceramics» «OC 015» has biological compatibility with surrounding tissues and accelerate the reparative osteogenesis. Basing on the received results it is developed and inculcated in a clinic the twostage method of treatment of destructive forms of periodontitis. This metod foresees on the first stage of treatment the temporal feeling of root channels by paste on the basis of «OC015» and after achieving apexification and almost complete or complete renewal of bone tissues as second stage of treatment is proposed permanent feeling of root channels; the outcomes - The efficiency of offered method of treatment is proved clinically and by rentgenological facts on the early and remote terms of observation (3, 6, 9, 12 months).
